3rd Party Feedback is a service started in 2008, and owned by me, Ed Kohler. This site scales the feedback strategies I’ve used to help companies build websites with high usability, conversion rates, and revenue.

3rd Party Feedback was created to help web design teams overcome common shortcomings, including:

- Debating design decisions in boardrooms
- Letting the final word fall to the highest paid person in the room
- Being too close to the product
